• Identifyandevaluate

  (e.g.,ChatGPT,Zapier,,NotionAI,Midjourney,Copy.ai,etc.)toimprovebusinessprocesses
• Developanddocument
  AI-enhanced workflows
  for recruitment,lead generation,onboarding,task management,content creation,and reporting
• Build
  customautomations
  orprompt-basedsolutionstoreducemanualtasks
• Collaboratewithleadershipanddepartmentheadsto
  implementAIacrossteams
• Trainstaffon
  prompt engineering
  ,AIbestpractices,andtoolusage
• ResearchnewAItrendsandrecommendtoolsthatalignwithbusinessgoals
• AnalyzeimpactandperformanceofAItools;continuouslyimproveefficiencyandscalability
• Supportinternalprojectslikechatbotimplementation,knowledgebase structuring,and candidate/clientdataenrichment

Qualifications

• 2+yearsofexperienceinanAI,automation,ortechinnovationrole
• Familiaritywithtoolslike
  ChatGPT,Zapier,NotionAI,,Claude,orotherGenAIplatforms
• Solidunderstandingof
  AIpromptdesign,workflows,andintegrationlogic
• Experienceinusingorimplementing
  AIinrecruiting,admin processes,or marketing
  isastrongplus
• Strongcommunicationskillsforinternaltraininganddocumentation
• Comfortableworkingwithbothtechnicalandnon-technical teams
• Resourceful,self-motivated,andeagertoexperimentanditerate

• Experienceinoffshoring,BPO,orstaffingindustries
• ExperienceusingAIforresumescreening,candidate sourcing,orclientsupport
• Familiarity with

  CRMplatforms
  (Hub Spot,Airtable,etc.)
• AbilitytodesigndashboardsorvisualreportingusingAI-generated data
