Senior Solutions Architect (Hub Spot) Scorecard Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect for Hub Spot is a hands-on engineer responsible for building polished, responsive, and accessible web experiences while developing the CRM systems and integrations that support them. This role combines modern front-end development, reusable component architecture, performance optimization, and close collaboration with design and product teams with Hub Spot development across custom objects, properties, workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations.

The ideal candidate can translate executive campaign requirements into actionable, production-ready websites and landing experiences, with CRM workflows, event-level analytics, and reporting engineered into every launch. Candidates based in or near Scottsdale, Arizona, are preferred, but strong remote candidates are welcome.

Front-End Development & UX:

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and component-driven development.
• Translate product, design, and business requirements into polished user experiences, reusable UI components, and maintainable front-end architecture.
• Connect customer-facing web experiences with Hub Spot and other business systems so forms, portals, and digital journeys create reliable data and support measurable business outcomes.

Front-End Quality & Technical Leadership:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership while contributing production code and establishing practical front-end and CRM development standards.
• Lead code reviews, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and promote maintainable patterns for components, state management, accessibility, and testing.
• Stay current with front-end frameworks, browser capabilities, accessibility practices, and Hub Spot platform releases, and apply them thoughtfully to improve the product.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, Rev Ops, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-facing features and CRM capabilities.
• Explain technical tradeoffs, implementation options, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, incorporate feedback, and ensure delivered experiences solve the intended user and business problems.

Project Management & Delivery:

• Own front-end and CRM features from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Break work into clear milestones, communicate progress and risks, and deliver reliable increments on schedule.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, manage implementation risks, and keep launches moving.

CRM Development & Integrations:

• Develop and customize Hub Spot CRM capabilities, including custom objects, properties, workflows, automation, forms, and reusable modules that support business processes.
• Build and maintain API, webhook, and OAuth integrations between web applications, Hub Spot, and third-party services.
• Design dependable data flows with validation, observability, consent handling, access controls, and clear failure recovery.
• Connect front-end experiences to CRM data and lifecycle stages, and support clean bidirectional synchronization with internal data platforms and analytics systems.
