Software Architect
Description POSITION SUMMARY
The VP of Engineering owns the architecture, software development, and technical execution that scale our product portfolio and customer delivery. This role leads the company’s engineering strategy, focusing on building high-performance teams, driving engineering velocity, and transitioning from independent product-led software to a unified, scalable platform. The VP of Engineering partners with product and business leadership to translate business goals into robust, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
This is a senior engineering leadership role requiring both strategic technical vision and operational rigor. The ideal leader will build and nurture engineering talent, define technical standards, manage the software development lifecycle, and ensure our engineering function acts as a primary driver of growth and product quality.
Our mission is to help business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their businesses. We work in dozens of verticals and provide strategic business guidance through courses, live events, partnerships, and investments. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are inspirational, disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results oriented.
