Position Summary:

As an Outside Services Attendant at Talking Stick Golf Club, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This includes preparing and maintaining the staging area, assisting with golf bags, golf carts, practice facilities, and supporting tournament operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and maintain golf cart staging area, bag drop, and practice facility to Talking Stick Golf Club standards.
• Load and unload golf bags from guest vehicles and carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart fleet, bag storage, and staging areas.
• Prepare golf carts with towels, sand bottles, pencils, scorecards, tees, and GPS devices (if applicable).
• Assist with tournament set-up, player registration, signage, cart staging, and scoring as needed.
• Provide accurate information about course conditions, pace of play, and club policies.
• Monitor and restock the driving range, range balls, and maintain range picker equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of club storage, bag room, and other operational areas.
• Assist starters and rangers in ensuring an enjoyable pace of play and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all safety standards and procedures.

Working Environment:

• This position involves prolonged periods outdoors in desert climate conditions.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying heavy items.
• Seasonal fluctuations in hours may occur based on business levels and tournament schedule.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience at a golf facility is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and during tournament events.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.
