OHM Fitness Head Coach (HC) Job Overview OHM Fitness Overview
OHM training is powered by full-body EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) using the em Power Suit, which mimics your brain’s natural electrical signals and delivers them directly to the muscles during movement. That means we can activate up to 90% of muscle fibers with up to 85 contractions per second — all while members perform simple, low-impact movements.
