The Mission

As PIC, you’ll lead safe, timely, and compliant Learjet operations while delivering patient‑focused service. You’ll coordinate closely with crew members, medical teams, dispatch, and ground partners to ensure every segment—from planning through touchdown—supports excellent patient outcomes.

• Plan flight assignments and obtain comprehensive briefings on mission purpose, weather, procedures, and special instructions.
• Supervise crew members to ensure thorough planning, preflight, and mission readiness.
• Oversee passenger and cargo loading; ensure proper distribution and securement.
• Verify weight and balance within limits using loading schedules, load computer, or AFM data/graphs.
• Maintain clear, timely oral and written communications with all stakeholders.
• Interact respectfully and professionally with coworkers, clients, vendors, and medical partners.
• Stay current and highly knowledgeable of the Operations Manual, FAA regulations, Ops Specs, and aircraft flight manuals.
• Uphold a professional appearance and embody Medway’s safety- and service‑first culture.

• Minimum Total Time: 2,000 hours in fixed‑wing aircraft.
• Experience (Required): Air‑carrier flight experience in turbojet aircraft or two‑pilot crew operations, plus Learjet or similar aircraft experience.
• Experience (Preferred): 1,000 hours turbine PIC or multi‑engine time;
  Part 135 or flight‑instructor experience (preferred but not required).
• Certificates & Ratings: Commercial;
  Instrument;
  Multiengine Land; ATP (unrestricted or restricted).
• Medical: Current FAA First‑Class Medical Certificate.
• Authorizations: U.S. work authorization; unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• IDs & Permits: Valid passport; FCC Radio Operator Permit; valid state driver’s license.
• Security: Ability to pass TSA background screening and obtain airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

• $50,000 retention bonus
• $10,000 signing bonus for PIC‑qualified pilots
• $15,000 current type‑rating bonus (per type) for pilots SIM‑current (36 months) in LR‑45 or LR‑JET
