Job SummaryTrue Spec Golf is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations across our warehouse and build shop. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. This role includes order picking, inventory management, and cross-functional support throughout the facility. A background in golf is a plus but not required. This is a full-time role with benefits, offering $18–$19 per hour based on experience.
EssentialResponsibilities and Duties
- Accurately pick and process orders from the warehouse
- Learn and master the Sku Vault inventory management system
- Operate SST Pure machines
- Crosstrain across warehouse and build shop functions, including picking, quality control, inventory management, receiving, and finishing
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
- Maintain inventory areas with strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations
- Inventory management experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related tools
- Knowledge of golf equipment is beneficial
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
