As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you serve as the final step before customers receive their auction wins. You will locate and retrieve purchased items quickly and accurately, ensuring customers receive exactly what they expect.

• Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery.
• Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items.
• Work safely and support teammates.
• Help uphold Nellis Auction Core Values through quality service.

• Lots of walking and movement throughout the shift.
• Finding misplaced items can be a challenge.
• Processes may change as we grow and improve.
• Warehouse temperature may vary; hot or cold depending on the season.

• 1‑2 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Understanding of inventory control is required.
• High level computer, math, and grammar skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand all day and work in extreme temperatures.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Standing/walking for long periods: stand and be on feet for 10+ hours a day.
• Working in extreme weather conditions: comfortable working outdoors in various weather, including extreme heat and cold.
• Lifting and carrying: lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently; assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
• Team lifting: collaborate with team members to safely move large and bulky items.

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour, bonus eligible. Benefits include paid time off, sick pay, holiday pay, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match after one year of employment.
