Receiver, Warehouse

As a Receiver at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of all incoming products to support a fresh, well-stocked store. You will unload deliveries, verify purchase orders, inspect products for quality, and organize inventory in backroom and storage areas. Partnering closely with department teams, you'll rotate stock, follow food safety and safety guidelines, and maintain clean, orderly receiving spaces while supporting a culture of healthy living, teamwork, and great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Verify products against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Inspect incoming items for quality, damage, and correct temperatures
• Organize and store products in designated backroom and storage locations
• Rotate stock using FIFO to maintain freshness and reduce waste
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized receiving and storage areas
• Use equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely and correctly
• Follow all safety, food safety, and company compliance procedures
• Collaborate with department teams to ensure timely stocking and availability
• Assist with inventory counts and related documentation as needed
