Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry‑Level Accountant to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting. The Entry‑Level Accountant will support day‑to‑day financial operations, assist with reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of accounting or relevant internship experience

    Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or prior experience in accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with systems such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar
  • CPA track or interest in pursuing certification (a plus, not required)
