You must reside within 30 miles of Progressive's Plymouth Meeting Claims office at 5165 Campus Drive, Suite 100, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.

Overview

As a claims administrative support specialist
, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-have Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
  • [OR] one year post‑secondary education
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team‑environment
  • Customer service and follow‑up skills
Schedule

Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. This is an in‑office, customer‑facing position.

Compensation
  • $21.58 - $23.02 hourly
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
