Job SummaryJob Title: Administrative Assistant-Contract
S.A. Comunale is seeking a Administrative Assistant-Contract to support the Reading, PA office. Provide administrative support to the assigned branch office. Duties include general clerical, purchasing, inventory, and accounting responsibilities and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and scheduling appointments.
- Create and maintain various office records.
- Create and modify documents such as meeting minutes, proposals, quotes, sales activity reports, and miscellaneous correspondence.
- Answer incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly.
- Assist in processing payroll for technicians including obtaining employee time information, submitting time information to the Payroll Department, and checking the edit listing before the check run as needed.
- Prepare all service and Branch Manager proposals as directed.
- Print and maintain all bid documents as well as prepare for all bids.
- Perform background checks as needed.
- Obtain all information necessary for contracts and review sheets.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Significant experience with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
