As a Lot Support Associate
, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our dealership. Your responsibilities will ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained, organized, and prepared for sales, service, and customer visits. This role is vital to keeping our lot running smoothly and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Maintain a clean and organized lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Move and position vehicles safely on the lot, in service areas, and for customer deliveries.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management, including inspections and reporting.
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled, charged (for EVs), and ready for test drives or delivery.
• Support the service department by transporting vehicles between service bays, detail areas, and the customer lot.
• Monitor lot signage, lighting, and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team in a fast-paced environment.
