We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our growing team in our 24,000-square-foot, air-conditioned collision center.

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate repair processes with customers
• Negotiate and work directly with insurance companies throughout the repair process
• Maintain strong DRP insurance relationships
• Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance appraisers to ensure timely repairs
• Utilize CCC ONE estimating software efficiently and accurately
• Deliver outstanding customer service from estimate through vehicle delivery

• Collision estimating experience preferred
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating system
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
