Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a proactive, innovative, results-oriented Engagement Manager to develop and nurture relationships while driving ongoing product adoption and ensuring account health across Class Link customers in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities- Become an expert on all Class Link products
- Provide strategic and technical guidance on the use and expansion of the Class Link suite of products
- Maintain relationships with current customers in the assigned territory, including onsite meetings, phone, email, and SWAG mailings, to increase adoption and usage of Class Link
- Perform all account management duties such as proactive customer outreach, annual client review meetings, quoting, renewal emails, etc.
- Serve as the education and product expert to support customer understanding of Class Link
- Confidently conduct demonstrations of Class Link virtually and during conferences
- Help develop positive relationships between Class Link and influential partner organizations
- Ensure year-over-year customer retention and assist with renewal fee negotiations as needed
- Host regional and virtual user group events with current and prospective customers
- Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and current customers
- Maintain documentation for each customer internally
- Leverage tools provided to understand customer health and intervene when needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and health
- Deliver experiences that drive customer retention

- Work on cross-functional teams to improve Class Link’s product suite
- Maintain or improve renewal rate
- Maintain at least 80% Annual Review completion rate

Territory & ScheduleIn this role you will support school districts in Pennsylvania.
Requirements- Administrator-level experience with Class Link
- Diverse rostering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience in presenting in virtual and online environments
- Strong project management skills and the ability to be flexible when needed
- Self-starter who can work independently
- 3+ years experience in a senior consultative/account management role
- Experience as a technology leader for a district office
- Extensive knowledge of K-12 ed-tech marketplace
- Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master or postgraduate degree a plus - Work from home and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- PMP certification
- Previous knowledge using a customer success tool (Churn Zero, Gainsight, Vitalli)
- Google Suite
- MS Office Suite
- Zoom Meetings
Requires travel up to 50% of the time to support in-person school partner engagements and hosting and delivering user groups.
