Job Description
To join our team as a Program Specialist, you must live in Pennsylvania.
Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
- Manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements.
- Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery.
- Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements for operations leadership.
- Assist with recurring and ad‑hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.
- 3–6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel.
Target compensation: $50,000 – $58,000. The official compensation range is $48,800 – $66,300 (USD).
