COMPENSATION: PER ADSUP II AGREEMENT
The Rose Tree Media School District seeks a dependable and proactive Facility Foreperson to support the daily operations of an elementary school building. The ideal candidate provides leadership in maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational facility that supports student learning and staff effectiveness. This individual oversees custodial and maintenance staff, coordinates building operations, and works closely with the Supervisor of Maintenance & Operations, administrators, and building teams to ensure the facility meets District standards and operational needs.
This is a 12‑month, supervisory position that is available July 1, 2026.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in custodial services, facilities maintenance, or building operations.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading staff in a facilities or operations setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and staff assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to operational and emergency situations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with administrators, staff, and external partners.
- Experience with inventory management, supply ordering, and basic budget tracking preferred.
- Knowledge of safety practices, compliance requirements, and workplace regulations.
- Ability to use basic technology systems for communication, work orders, and scheduling.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.
