Job Summary

Supports the department director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. May direct and lead the work of others.

Responsibilities
  • Supports managers and department staff through organization and communication tasks.
  • Maintains knowledge of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Might direct and lead the work of others.
  • Answers and directs phone calls.
  • Organizes meetings and schedules.
  • Produces and distributes correspondence.
  • Prepares reports and presentations.
  • Reconciles expense reports.
  • Assists with projects and provides other direct administrative support to the assigned office.
  • Works primarily in an office environment and complies with all organization policies and procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) – required.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years related work experience – required.
  • Certification(s) and License(s):
    None specified.
