Our client in the digital performance marketing industry is looking for an Operations Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support cross‑functional operational and technology initiatives, with approximately 70% of your time focused on project coordination, workflow management, and Asana administration, and the remaining 30% dedicated to process documentation, reporting, and AI‑driven operational improvements. Projects are typically 60% operations‑focused and 40% technology‑related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and a proven ability to gather business requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution across teams. - Manage and coordinate concurrent cross‑functional operational and technology projects
- Own project workflows, templates, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables within Asana
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Client Service teams
- Gather, document, and organize business requirements for projects and process improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and timely project execution
- Support reporting initiatives and provide operational visibility through dashboards and metrics
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and workflows
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and project‑related data
- Become the organization's Asana subject matter expert and promote adoption across teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in project management is required
- Experience with in a marketing agency, startup, or other high‑growth environment is required
- Experience translating business needs into structured requirements is required
- Experience with project management software for workflow management & task tracking is required
- Ability to work onsite in Lehigh Valley, PA approximately 2-4 times per month is required
