Key Responsibilities

• Support the entire application product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications, maintaining traceability throughout the development cycle.

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a claims or healthcare technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and uncover actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools and documentation standards.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
