As the Product Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal product activity—managing requests, coordinating teams, resolving issues, and supporting new product initiatives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

• Serve as the key contact for internal product requests from the commercial team.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and updates.
• Triage and track incoming product initiatives aligned with company goals.

• Lead product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Partner with R&D on feasibility, specs, and cost/performance targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, ops, and sales on GTM planning.
• Own the product roadmap and timeline tracking.
• Build and implement pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals.
• Analyze margin performance and recommend profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and sales to optimize cost structures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3–7 years in product management (ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a technical industry).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
• Track record in product development and lifecycle ownership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with high energy.
• Strategic thinker with an execution focus.
• Thrives in fast-paced and remote environments.
• Collaborative leader with a customer-first mindset.
