Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, priorities and challenges.
• Conduct process‑specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, development of business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows/use cases.
• Plan initiatives, perform feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses and new system design.
• Collaborate with internal and external users/clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
• Assist with process enhancement feasibility studies and develop data‑supported justification documentation.
• Determine impact on existing systems and processes.
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationship with business and IT colleagues.
• Support the business in developing and delivering end‑user training.
• Address end‑user process questions and collaborate with IT colleagues to provide process/system support and ongoing issue analysis/correction.
• Develop progress reports and communicate project status to team and manager.

• BA/BS degree and 2‑4 years of relevant experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
