Program. In this position, you will be expected to perform one of these three roles each week. Each of these roles carries a different focus with each contributing to the overall camper experience.

** Scooter
* *** Counselor
* * is responsible for the health, safety and overall well-being of all of the campers within their cabin throughout each day and overnight. Counselors are responsible for supporting their campers through the week based on their individual needs. As a Scooter Counselor, your goal is to ensure a cohesive cabin environment, individual growth and a well-rounded, memorable and fun camp experience Effectively carry out all aspects of the Scooter Curriculum as assigned based on role.

** Role-Specific

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Coaches – Actively supervise/manage your assigned group (+/-8). Develop lesson plans to ensure campers learn new skills and meet goals utilizing Woodward's progression tools and WIPS system. Evaluate campers daily and provide meaningful feedback to ensure growth individually and as a group. Assist with daily Scooter Program events. Counselors – Manage camper interactions and support individual camper needs for all campers in your assigned cabin (+/-14).

Assist campers in memorable and fun camp experience, daily routine including chores, overall cabin/surrounding area cleanliness, schedules, travelling to program activities and meals. Enforce lights out standards and cell phone policy management, etc.  as the ability to take direction and uphold the company's values

Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly.

Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of people.rred 1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens

Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.

Experience in Scooter coaching preferred
