Lead field operations for Transmission & Distribution projects to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable execution
. Oversee subcontractors, safety, scheduling, quality, materials, and workforce while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
- Supervise T&D construction (distribution-heavy; some transmission)
- Oversee safety, productivity, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
- Manage field execution, materials, equipment, and staffing
- Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, engineering, and clients
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards
- Track progress, approve field changes, RFIs, and reports
- Conduct site audits, punch lists, testing walkdowns, and inspections
- Maintain daily field reports and photo documentation
Experience & Requirements
- T&D construction or craft supervision experience required
- Education/Experience Path:
- Bachelor’s + 7 years, OR
- Associate’s + 9 years, OR
- HS/GED + 11 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety background
