Traveling Superintendent - Food & Beverage Construction

Traveling Superintendent opportunity overseeing large-scale food & beverage processing, food manufacturing, cold storage, and distribution construction projects across multiple markets. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and driving safe and successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Projects may include food processing facilities, beverage plants, cold storage facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, automated logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and other industrial food production environments.

• Oversee daily field operations from preconstruction through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, manpower coordination, and overall jobsite activities
• Maintain project schedules and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, architects, consultants, vendors, and ownership teams throughout construction
• Lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and daily field coordination efforts
• Support construction activities within active manufacturing and operational environments while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations
• Monitor project progress and help resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule adherence
• Enforce company safety standards and support overall jobsite safety initiatives
• Review drawings, specifications, process requirements, and project documents to ensure work is installed correctly
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, startup coordination, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience leading food & beverage processing, manufacturing, warehouse, cold storage, distribution, or industrial construction projects preferred
• Experience supporting active manufacturing environments, refrigeration systems, process piping, or technically complex MEP systems strongly preferred
  
  Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with IMP, tilt wall, PEMB, refrigerated facilities, or automated distribution centers preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage fast-paced construction projects
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationally for projects
