Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager IV leads complex, high-value construction projects from planning through completion. You'll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale construction projects end-to-end
- Develop project plans, milestones, and schedules
- Oversee field activities and resolve complex issues
- Review designs, submittals, and project costs
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and maintain strong communication
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction and building systems
- Expertise in scheduling, estimating, and project planning
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with project management tools
