Mechanical Construction Project Executive

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Executive to oversee large‑scale commercial mechanical projects and drive successful project execution from preconstruction through completion. This individual will provide operational leadership, manage project teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead large-scale mechanical construction projects and oversee overall project performance
• Provide direction and mentorship to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams
• Manage client relationships, project financials, schedules, and operational strategy
• Drive accountability across project teams to ensure successful execution
• Support business development, preconstruction efforts, and long-term client partnerships
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• 10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction
• Proven success managing large, complex projects ($10M+)
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills
• Experience with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mission‑critical projects preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
