HVAC Project Manager

A well-established mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to manage commercial HVAC projects with a respected contractor.

We're looking for someone with experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with knowledge of both piping and sheet metal systems
.

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Visit project sites and support field operations as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Experience as an HVAC Project Manager with a mechanical contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including piping and sheet metal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Salary range: $110,000–$140,000.
