Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

Cooper Mechanical Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing/Mechanical Project Manager to join our construction team. This is a dynamic, full-time position that blends project estimation and field management for HVAC construction projects in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership experience
, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex project timelines, budgets, and coordination with multiple trades. This position offers strong long-term growth potential within a well-established company.

• $80,000 - $125,000 per year

• Develop budgets and purchase materials
• Manage manpower, job schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Handle project submittals, RFIs, and material procurement
• Oversee project execution to ensure completion on time and within budget
• Interface with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams

• 2+ years of Mechanical and/or Plumbing project management experience
• Estimating experience is preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and construction documentation
• Familiarity with Trimble Auto Bid is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, background check, and MVR review
