We are seeking an experienced Development Program Manager to lead the design, pre-construction and construction delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across multi-building campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple campus projects, maintaining budgets, schedules, forecasts and executive-level status reporting.
- Lead projects from design and pre-construction through procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
- Develop and manage campus master plans, phased development programmes and capital budgets.
- Manage entitlements, permitting, design coordination and construction delivery.
- Prepare scopes of work and support procurement of design, construction, commissioning and major equipment packages.
- Manage contractors, consultants and vendors, including commercial reviews, pay applications and change orders.
- Drive project schedules and proactively manage cost, programme, quality and delivery risks.
- Coordinate closely with Facilities, Operations, MEP teams, Engineering, Commissioning, Security and Procurement.
- Lead OAC meetings and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
- Support due diligence and development planning for potential new sites.
Experience Required
- 8+ years' construction/project management experience, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities or other complex commercial/industrial developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience managing projects from concept/design through construction and closeout.
- Knowledge of Lump Sum, CM-at-Risk and Design-Build delivery models.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and trade management; data center delivery experience highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets, schedules, contractors and senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Desirable: MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Management or a related field, together with previous delivery experience on large-scale/hyperscale data center campuses.
