- Serve as the key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
- Support daily service operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide in‑person outreach at community events and engage the public to increase awareness of organizational programs and services.
- Maintain accurate data management, metrics, and reporting for program projects.
- Respond to customer support questions both in person and on the phone.
- 2–4 years of experience coordinating program or customer support services.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and team‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Range: $17.75 – $25.05 per hour (USD). Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and relevant experience, and specific degrees or certifications.
