Keystone Veterinary Emergency & Referral is looking for a part‑time Client Service Representative to join our Emergency team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Havertown, PA.
About YouYou play a critical role in the client experience during some of their most emotional moments. As a Client Service Representative in our emergency hospital, you serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners. You’ll provide clear communication, compassion and calm guidance in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment. Your work includes triaging incoming calls, coordinating patient admissions and discharges, explaining the next steps in care, and supporting the medical team by ensuring accurate information flow from intake through discharge.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer/Client Service role
- Clinical Veterinary experience strongly preferred
- Superior communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Positive work attitude
- Self‑motivated
- Excellent organizational skills
