WPM is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our leasing team at Emerson Flats in Mount Wolf, PA
! As a Leasing Specialist
, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective and current residents, planning engaging events, and providing exceptional service.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
. Previous leasing and Entrata experience is preferred.

$20.00 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities

Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
, Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Track and log all phone and walk-in traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure accurate vacancy reports.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including light cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows.
• Promote resident retention by executing community events and engagement initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly market surveys of competitor properties.
• Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident communication.
• Maintain resident insurance certificate files and organize electronic/hard copy filing systems.
• Assist with scheduling property tours, maintenance requests, and general resident inquiries.
• Provide phone coverage and operational support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for weekends and occasional evenings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred.
