Digital Dentistry Technology Trainer (Per Diem)

Location: Midwest or Northeast, close to major airport hubs (Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA)

Position Summary: This per diem role involves clinical in‑office and remote training of digital dentistry CAD/CAM solutions. The trainer will educate dental office staff on product use after purchase. Work hours will not exceed 20 per week.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Clinical experience working in a dental office
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM Technology
• Knowledge of digital x‑ray equipment (capturing and enhancing)
• Basic understanding of imaging software
• Basic understanding of tooth preparation for impression taking
• Basic understanding of dental anatomy and procedures
• Basic understanding of impression taking
• Basic knowledge of lab work
• Basic understanding of materials used for restoration placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide orientation and training on all procedures related to digital imaging, including capture and enhancement for the Oneview product.
• Train staff on image enhancement tools within Oneview, on the digital workflow of CAD/CAM, and on integration into the office.
• Teach the dental team the CAD/CAM process: site preparation, scanning, software fabrication, milling, placement, and final adjustment of restorations.
• Accommodate customer schedules with flexible timing.
• Follow strict training protocol.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of clinical dental experience, with at least 1 year of CAD/CAM training.
• 1–3 years of experience with scanners, 3D printing, design software, and milling equipment.
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred.
• Registered Dental Hygienist preferred.
• Must be available to travel as needed for in‑office training.
