Program Manager

Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment to support the success of all students.

Monday – Friday: 7:15 am – 9:00 am and 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm.

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience).

• Safety & Joy:
  Demonstrate role model qualities, maintain safety and joy standards, keep site documents and licensing standards up to date, outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, coach staff, and maintain team cohesion.
• Safety Assurance:
  Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.

• Experience working with competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience working with children, including knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or a related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.

• Must meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Either one of the following combinations:
• BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field + 1 year of experience.
• BA or BS degree with 30 hrs in the aforementioned fields + 2 years experience.
• AD in the same fields + 3 years experience.
• AD with 30 hrs in the same fields + 4 years experience.
