Program Manager
Right At School provides local school districts with before-and-after school extended day programs that focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. The mission emphasizes inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving families peace of mind by fostering safe, engaging experiences for children. Pay Rate: $22.00-$26.00 (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
30 hours a week. Monday – Friday between 6:45 am – 6:00 pm. Schedule is based on school location.
- Ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities for staff. Maintain operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively.
- Providing continual coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address challenges promptly, and maintaining team cohesion and productivity.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
- Being 18+ years of age.
- Providing proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building. Promptly responding to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust. - Documentation and Compliance:
Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures per company policy. - Daily Routine:
Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe, engaging environment.
- Experience working among competing priorities while delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or a related field.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual—with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
- First aid and CPR (in‑person).
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services field + 1 year of experience.
- OR
- BA or BS degree including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services field + 2 years experience.
- OR
- AD in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services field + 3 years of experience.
- OR
- AD including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services field + 4 years of experience.
