Central Greene School District is pleased to announce an exciting paid School Psychology Internship opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year, made possible through funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Special Education.
This internship is designed to attract and support out-of-state graduate students who are completing their school psychology internship and are interested in gaining high-quality, hands-on experience in a supportive, student-centered public school setting.
- Paid internship supported by PDE grant funding
- Full-year school psychology internship experience
- Supervision by a certified school psychologist
- Opportunities to work across a range of school psychology responsibilities, including assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participation in professional development provided through the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN)
This paid internship is available to out-of-state graduate students , as defined by the grant, including:
- Students with primary residency outside of Pennsylvania (including international students),
or
- Pennsylvania residents enrolled in an out-of-state school psychology graduate program
Verification of residency and graduate program enrollment will be required, in accordance with grant guidelines.
Students may be enrolled in either a Pennsylvania or out-of-state university and still qualify, provided residency criteria are met.
