Manager of School Partnerships, Mathematics (School Year – 220‑day Assignment)

Full‑time position based in South, USA (Florida or Georgia). Travel: approximately 75% of the time within the region.

We are looking for a mission‑driven professional who can connect educators with Carnegie Learning’s products and help teachers enhance instruction, streamline work, and improve student learning.

What Your Day Will Look Like Managing School Partnerships
  • Build and sustain relationships with teachers, school leaders, district officials, and instructional coaches to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Communicate regularly with leaders at multiple levels to maintain transparency, garner support, and build capacity.
  • Identify risks proactively and develop action plans; make routine decisions within guidelines and raise complex issues to the Director of Professional Learning.
  • Set partnership goals, collect and analyze data, and use findings to inform ongoing work.
  • Participate in partnership meetings to discuss implementation data and determine next steps.
Delivering High‑Quality Professional Learning
  • Facilitate engaging workshops on Carnegie Learning products and best teaching practices.
  • Provide intentional, job‑embedded learning (co‑teaching, lesson planning, PLC facilitation, etc.).
  • Refine workshops to meet partners’ unique needs and contexts.
  • Uphold Carnegie Learning’s commitments by respecting educators, empowering ownership, and inspiring progress.
  • Use data to drive teacher growth, inform support, and track partnership progress.
Operations & Documentation
  • Follow the Professional Learning process: plan, confirm, communicate, execute, and follow up.
  • Complete documentation (sign‑ins, feedback, logs, emails, forms) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your calendar and deliverables forecast.
Other Fun Work
  • Review customer feedback to identify growth areas and ensure high‑quality delivery.
  • Grow professionally in adult learning theory, research‑based teaching practices, learning design, and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (content‑specific);
    Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of classroom teaching experience.
  • Residency in Florida or Georgia.
  • 3+ years of classroom experience teaching with Carnegie Learning resources (preferred).
  • Experience facilitating professional learning workshops (preferred).
  • Cognitive Coaching (or equivalent) certification (preferred).
  • Exceptional time‑management, calendar management, goal setting, and prioritization skills.
  • Solution‑minded, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement of efficiency, communication, and customer experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
