- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction and support
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in special education (or in process of completion for May 2026 graduates)
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Experience with differentiated instruction and accommodations/modifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
