Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and part‑time positions available.
Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift Type:
Part‑time hours available; for full‑time instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed and scheduled hours vary by business volume - Minimum Age: 16 years

- Work with guests of all ages and abilities

- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
- Fluently communicate in English
- Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest‑service, and safety standards
The role requires background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, to be completed before work begins.
