This position is responsible for the processing of federal and/or state financial aid, communicating with students, and ensuring that students’ customer service needs are addressed.

Responsible for providing high level, confidential executive administrative support to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Associate Provost. Serves as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties. Manages clerical and administrative duties, and analyzes and suggests improvements to office processes and policies and ensures that the office operates smoothly. This position coordinates and supports Academic Affairs Leadership Team meetings and prepares appropriate materials.

Assists in developing administrative procedures, provides elevated customer service requiring research and confidentiality, perform special projects; and, act as a representative of a division/department and/or executive.

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) assigned to the Quick Response Service (QRS) Unit provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and emergency medical care on the community college campus and at designated training events. The EMT responds to medical emergencies, supports fire/rescue training exercises, and assists in maintaining readiness of the QRS unit. Care is delivered in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS regulations and within the EMT scope of practice.

Coordinator Student Success Technology (Hybrid) Lancaster, PA, York, PA, Multiple campus locations

This position supports the implementation and troubleshooting of student support system solutions to enhance academic advising for virtual students. The incumbent facilitates workshops, web resources, and communication campaigns to increase virtual student and faculty advisor utilization of advising, academic planning, and scheduling tools. The incumbent also provides advising support and guidance to a caseload of virtual students.

In addition to providing office management and admin support to the program director and coordinators on all campuses, the primary responsibility of this position is data management and report writing for the grant. Both student compliance for participation and contract compliance are dependent on the scheduled state data collection, input and management function of this position.

In this role, you will deliver high quality, compliance focused safety training to adult learners across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial environments. This position plays a vital role in supporting high demand industry sectors by strengthening workplace safety culture, improving regulatory compliance, reducing incident risk, and preparing both new and incumbent workers with essential safety knowledge.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard recognition, and workplace safety practices within general industry settings. This instructor serves as a key partner to employers seeking to meet compliance requirements while investing in the professional development and protection of their workforce.
