Preschool Teacher, St. Andrew Catholic School, Newtown, PA, Bucks County
Saint Andrew Catholic School is seeking a dedicated preschool teacher to join our team for the school year. It is a full-time teaching position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing pedagogical, meaningful, and formative early childhood instruction for the class.
- Using instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Designing and implementing lesson plans for the class.
- Maintaining an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and communicating regularly with administrators and parents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education
- PA state teaching certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and Catholic-centered learning environment
If the position is offered, the candidate will be required to complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Additional information regarding this training can be found here.
