The Position
Horizons at The Episcopal Academy is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and creative Intern with a dynamic talent for marketing, storytelling, and digital engagement. This summer position runs from June 22 to July 30, 2026, and is ideal for a passionate, collaborative team player who fosters a joyful, inclusive, and academically enriching environment. The internship provides an exceptional chance to develop a strong professional portfolio while directly contributing to educational equity within a stimulating academic setting.
Due to the strategic and creative requirements of the position, some hybrid work options are available.
- Management of Social Media:
Produce premium daily content, apply growth tactics, and manage an extensive six-week social media schedule. - Marketing Initiatives:
Assist with real-time summer storytelling and upcoming academic year initiatives, playing a major role in developing digital assets, newsletters, and promotional content. - Executive Assistance:
Complete programmatic, marketing, or administrative assignments as directed by the leadership team.
- An undergraduate student currently enrolled in a program for graphic design, public relations, communications, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Dedication to the mission of Horizons and a conviction that the program successfully enables students to achieve their maximum potential.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral, with a talent for digital narrative creation.
- Capability to perform effectively in a collaborative on-site environment and work autonomously on hybrid assignments with various stakeholders.
- A professional who is organized, disciplined, positive, and compassionate.
Horizons at Episcopal Academy (HEA) is a community-centered education program serving students from the Greater Philadelphia area.
