Lead Admin Youth and Young Adults

• Capable to form teams to help with administrative tasks
• Have a heart for the Youth and Young Adult ministries
• Team minded

• Help to organize and structure the weekly schedules of the ministries and communicate those to students, leaders and parents
• Meet weekly with youth pastors to discuss vision
• Help get the details of the vision up and running
• Maintain calendar of the ministry programs and events
• Research, as needed, for curriculum, supplies, leader resources, event locations, etc.
• Help organize special leadership teams and focus groups

Our church has two worship services on Sunday mornings and is attended for a variety of ministries and community events throughout the week. We have a strong staff camaraderie and regular staff prayer sessions each morning. We are located in a beautiful community within 2-3 hours driving distance of Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York City and New Jersey beaches. Many describe our church as very welcoming and a strong "church family" atmosphere.
