Pay& Hours
Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
Monday‑Friday 6:30am‑8:35am and 3:10pm‑6:00pm
- Daily program meetings: review goals, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and ensure team accountability.
- Organize and facilitate daily activities: prepare curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable.
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
- Prioritize safety: monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documentation of attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Team‑oriented.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Passion for inspiring a love for learning and healthy living.
- Flexible to support additional local programs as needed.
- Meet state‑specific requirements.
- First Aid and CPR in‑person.
- Tuberculosis test cleared.
- 18+ years of age.
- CDA preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 30 college credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field; or 600+ hours of secondary training; or 15 credit hours in the specified fields plus 1 year of experience; or ArHS Diploma/GED plus 2 years experience.
