You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. This position will support teacher's direction by providing assistance with academic, social, and behavioral needs of assigned clients and assist in the implementation of basic educational programming. Duties include individual tutoring or one‑on‑one support for a student with special needs, as directed by the building administrator or classroom teacher.

• Ensuring the health and safety of youth in the school.
• Providing assistance with academic, social, and behavioral needs.
• Supporting the teacher and administration's direction while supporting youth and reporting progress daily.
• Supporting and reinforcing PBIS goals and objectives.

• Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm (52‑week year‑round position)
• Pay rate: $17.50‑$19.95 (based upon education and experience)

Education: High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree or completion of two years of post‑secondary education from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience: Previous experience working in a special education or behavioral healthcare setting with students with severe/complex behavioral/emotional issues preferred.
