Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Pay& Hours
Educator Pay Rate: $15.00–$18.00 (based on education and experience).
Program
Hours:
Monday‑Friday; 6:45 AM – 8:55 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
Earn up to $1,250 in bonuses within your first 90 days based upon completing certain new hire milestones.

- Daily Program Meetings:
Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability. - Organize and Facilitate Daily
Activities:
Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages. - Leading by Example:
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management. - Prioritize Safety and Joy:
Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. Document attendance, incidents, and other observations as required. - Communication:
Effectively communicate with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
- First Aid and CPR – in‑person certification
- Cleared tuberculosis test
- 18+ years of age
- CDA preferred
- High‑school diploma or GED plus 30 college credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
- OR
- High‑school diploma or GED with 600 or more hours of secondary training
- OR
- High‑school diploma or GED, 15 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience
- OR
- ArHS diploma or GED plus 2 years experience
