Lehigh Christian Academy (LCA) provides a quality education that is Christ-centered to approximately 300 PK-12 students. LCA serves Christian families from a variety of denominations throughout Lehigh Valley. LCA faculty are professionals who nurture and challenge students, while teaching with a Biblical worldview. Faculty intentionally partner with families to instill the characteristics and virtues articulated in our Portrait of a Graduate.

- to articulate wisdom, knowledge, and Biblical truth in love.

- Teach with LCA's scope and sequence, while working collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
- Provide excellent classroom management skills, while maintaining a clean, attractive, well-ordered classroom.
- Employ a variety of instructional methods that provide creative teaching to the whole child: spiritual, physical, social, and emotional.
- Use formative and summative assessments on a regular basis to provide feedback to students and inform instruction.
- Communicate to students, parents, and administration on student progress.
- Integrate faith and learning, teaching with a Biblical worldview.
- Pursue professional development opportunities as a professional educator.
- Collaborate with administration to provide appropriate accommodations and support for a variety of learners.
