The position of the Enrollment Counselor is to generate enrollment for all College programs, conduct educational advising, participate in recruiting activities and continually strive to meet enrollment projections. This position is responsible for recruiting in designated areas within the assigned territory and for establishing relationships with high school guidance counselors and teachers. Some regional and overnight travel is required to regions deemed appropriate for recruitment purposes.
This position is also responsible for planning, coordinating, executing the College's recruiting and enrollment events; as well as assisting with the promotion of such events and activities.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Ability to professionally represent the College in public settings.
- Ability to schedule flexible office hours and travel as required.
- Bilingual, ability to read, write and speak Spanish preferred (but not required).
- Effective computer skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields required.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in recruiting, sales or other related fields preferred.
