The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Academic Games Head Coach at the High School.
Under the direction of the High School Principal and Academic Games Program Sponsor, the head coach provides instructional and coaching leadership for assigned Academic Games Leagues of America (AGLOA) content areas and assists with the coordination and operation of the District's Academic Games program. Each Head Coach serves as the content lead for one AGLOA reader game and one AGLOA cube game and works collaboratively with the Program Sponsor and other Head Coaches to support Academic Games programming for elementary, middle, and high school students.

This is a part‑time, on‑site, EDR (Extra Duty Responsibility) position that is open to internal and external applicants.
Compensation: $4,723 for the school year in accordance with the Extra Duty Responsibility (EDR) salary schedules for high school activities in the collective bargaining agreement between the Mt. Lebanon School District and the Mt. Lebanon Education Association.
In order to be eligible for employment, the following clearances must be furnished and approved for hire at time of job offer:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
The following additional trainings and forms are required upon hire:
- Act 126 Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting
- Arrest or Conviction Form (PDE 6004) (Act 24)
- School Personnel Health Record (Physical with TB Test)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
